      I’d rather not push myself to exhaustion!

      Pros

      Working overtime and getting paid for those hours seemed good at the beginning.

      Cons

      Overtime work was required because there were too many pending jobs but not enough staff. Though we get paid for the extra hours, I’d rather not push myself to exhaustion! The thing is, management doesn’t care if any of us gets sick, broke our back, or if we could recover from anything that happens to us!

      We’re sorry to hear you were so exhausted. Unfortunately, we don’t have any employees who are scheduled more than 37.5 hours per week, and we had only a handful that worked a few hours of overtime in the 4th quarter. We are unable to validate the excessive overtime you speak of. We do have incredibly low turnover (less than 5%) in our departments, so we also are unable to validate the high turnover comment. We are sorry that your employment with us didn’t meet your expectations and we do wish you the best.

      Exhausting, stressful, and fundamentally broken

      Pros

      Anyone who enjoys constant chaos and watching leadership avoid responsibility will find plenty of that here.

      Cons

      - Pay is poor, benefits are nonexistent, and workloads are relentlessly exhausting - Expectations are wildly unrealistic and completely disconnected from reality - There are no real processes, only panic-driven decisions and constant last-minute demands - Long hours are treated as normal - Jokes about firing staff create a tense and intimidating atmosphere - Profit is always prioritized over people, with no accountability when things collapse - Growth opportunities do not exist, and development is ignored - Discrimination is a real issue, and fairness feels optional There are far better places to work than this, and staying here only leads to burnout and frustration.
