Pros
You can spend all of your time to different projects, these projects are very interesting and educative.
Cons
It is boss oriented small size company, it has many of the disadvantages of any small company. Managers usually dictate what they want whatever it meaningless. your work never be appreciated. Equipments are not enough to work, and managers don't help.

i’ve learned a lot about characterization and AFM.
Cons
the best thing you could do is leaving. very toxic environment and you have to go through mobbing every single day.
