The teams are made up of excellent people and skilled developers. Colleagues are supportive, and the technical talent is strong.
Cons
The main issue is the lack of strategic direction from management. Most of the time was spent putting out fires due to the high number of clients, with almost no investment in improving or refactoring the solutions. This led to a constant sense of urgency and chaos. Additionally, salaries were somewhat below market average.
