Capitalist company. Love to take advantage on employee like operator by cut salary and ask to go back if no prod running as the management not plan well on the working schedule. Company is majority of foreign worker as they can force the foreign worker to work 365days/year. Keep changing and last minute change of working shift days, for example need to work 6-1, 5-2, 4-3 shift. No plan for 1 month or quarter forecast for work/project timeline and manpower. Management still boomer thinking style (70's-80's), if you go back early means you are not productive. If you go back late at 10pm, you are doing good although you are doing nothing. If you work on production, ready to work 10-12 hours standing all day. If you fresh grad work on production, ready 5o be scam by manager to work shift 7-7 ALTHOUGH in your offer letter is state for normal flexible working hours. If you ask for that, the manager will ask you to resign. How TOXIC you can imagine. Think again before join. HR part almost not see functioning. If you ask something related to HR, the answer not help you at all. In case for customer to come, company will do and provide anything BUT ZERO to the employee. If you work in shift. The only allowance is RM5/night shift only 🤣 Other than that is NOTHING but you can see the company is keep expand and build new building 🤣🤣 Lastly, please think and think again before join the company
