      Pros

      Laid back, no micromanaging, free bagels/donuts on Fridays, free beverages, secured parking.

      Cons

      No real leadership, no internal structure and little OTJ training, promotions are built on longevity, plenty of gossip, expects new technology (AI) to do the heavy lifting in the marketing department.

      Pros

      A good days work. Pays a good rate. If you know what you’re doing the labor isn’t all that difficult. Tedious, but not difficult. The ideal job for my personal situation because it allows me to put my skillset to good use. If you’re thinking about applying at National Construction Rent, I say you should go for it!

      Benefits are on the expensive side.

      Pros

      I’ve got to hand it to National. They have a good thing going here. Nationwide company that’s constantly hiring. Top notch training. HR department that looks out for the workforce. They’re moving forward towards the future. Never backwards. Been around for decades and have 100k plus customers. Good chance you’ve seen this company’s logo at some point in your life. That should tell you something.

      Positives and negatives will vary from location to location. Inevitable for a company this size.
