You are so micromanaged, it's not even funny. The training makes you think you're good, but it's brutal to tell people you can't help them all day. No amount of training prepares you for that sort of Hell.
Not to mention, before the Labor Department got involved, they would look for any and every excuse to not give you a raise. When they have none, they make them up. Maybe it's better now, I left a LONG time ago.
