I have been working at Neos full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work. Your opinion is valued. They are a young company on the grow and they have a lot of talented people working here. It feels good to work with smart people. There is a true team atmosphere, being a young company there is a lot of opportunity to grow and keep talent. There are a lot of companies that need to take some lessons on running a business from NEOS. They are the cream of the crop and clearly has risen to the top.

    Cons

There is nothing negative to speak of, keep up the good work.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Neos (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is rapidly growing and has the potential to be greatly successful. The staff is friendly and the benefits are acceptable.

    Cons

Because the company is currently growing so quickly there are a lot of internal changes occurring. The company has a tendency to not promote from within but hire from outside sources so there is not always a lot of room to advance.

I worked at Neos full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

When I worked here, the culture was great. There were many challenges that had to be overcome but when you are competing against the big dogs a lot more has to be sacrificed to become profitable including odd hours and tedious testing.

    Cons

Mediocre salary, focus from contract manufacturing [steady cashflow] to private manufacture which has a long ROI.

I worked at Neos full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My supervisor was willing to work hard to ensure I was taken care of, work was divided evenly, supervisors of other departments were easy to talk to, great place to learn and develop skills

    Cons

A lot expected of you including over-time and weekends, some communication problems, not enough credit goes to the hard workers but goes to those that kiss managements butt.
