      Just a quite flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Firstly, they aspect from you the best service, means no mistakes at all haha sometimes wanna laugh. Then cooperating with outsiders / customers more easy than the colleague with other departments fas / sales. Pay is not high but they aspects from you the best with '0' mistakes. And management will never satisfied with your hardwork given. Need quick learner. Thats all.

      office location, easy to find food, nearby mall, lots of young colleagues to make friends with

      Cons

      montlhy commission structure with high target and nobody able to achieve. no achieve, no commission at all. young middle management who are not the most professional, a bit messy in terms of managing, sometime feels a bit selfish.

      Most of the bosses are great leaders and set a good example for the team. The company provides opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is in the leadership approach of certain individuals, which at times can feel overly controlling and cause unnecessary stress among employees. This has led to higher turnover, and adopting a more collaborative style would greatly benefit the team.
