They can terminate your training anytime and won't give you the your deposit(1.15L) also (happened with trainee colleague) ,
They'll offer you high salary package(myth) and If you're fresher then you have to compulsory enrol into the company's own training certification course and ask you to give them 1.15L as a security deposit.
They'll contract with for their "company's own training certification course " and there is nothing mention like what will be your CTC package after this training course. all thing in verbly only. (FRAUD started)
So when you successfully complete the training HR will tell you the we never promise you this package and ofcourse you don't have anything in written proof.
Your training never going to complete in time I'll take double the time they say (in my case they said 4.5 months nd it was lasted 8.5 months).
You'll sit idle and no one takes your training sessions as their employees are busy with projects.
They we'll put you in on-project training where you have to do the same job as their emp do at free of cost pulse also need to complete training sessions and task.
when you complain about work burden HR will tell you the do training task after the whole day shift(9hours) and also wanted to do task on weekend and holidays.
Bascily FRAUD company just want your security deposit and free work from you.
