Cons
This company is a prime example of toxic positivity. Everyone is all smiles but constantly stressed. Although the staff is diverse I have never witnessed such a high level of covert and overt racism. Pay is below what others pay and benefits and sick days are nearly nonexistent. There is no work-life balance, in fact I witnessed a number of times that employees did 12-14 hour days and management made it sound like a favor that they gave these people a day off. The company is disorganized with no established procedures or forms. If there are any attempts to organize it is quickly thrown out or replaced before it can be determined what works. The company is cheap with Hardware and software. Most laptops can't even function off direct power. You'll be lucky to get a mouse and will not get a headset or anything else you need to work. As for software, if its free they will use it but otherwise you are out of luck. Senior management has the worst listening skills I've ever witnessed. How any client gets what they need is despite them and due to some employees pushing. As an employee you can forget about brining management into the loop of what you are working on or any issues. They literally aren't listening so nothing will be done or appreciated. There is little to no sign off once a client is on boarded. Confirming expectations, reviewing data to be uploaded, solution sign off and more is not done so when things inevitably go wrong its your fault. Lastly their in office set-up is not conducive to online meetings. There is so much background noise that you can't hear in office workers and they need to be completely muted. Also management has interrupted people in active meetings completely ignoring customer impressions and effectiveness of the meetings.
