      Pros

      High earning potential if you do not care about work life balance. Some of the leadership really does care about you.

      Cons

      They expect you to grind 80 hours a week, and the management team is super abrasive. Unless you are in the inner circle of bros, you will likely be placed on a struggling offer where even closing at a steady rate will only net you a couple thousand a month.
