This review is for NetSupport Inc, located in Alpharetta, GA (the sister company of NetSupport Ltd). If you are looking for a place where you can do the bare minimum, this is the place for you. NetSupport Inc is not the place to have a successful sales career. There are no sales goals, there is no structure to anything and there is absolutely no room for growth. They don’t properly train employees and they don’t provide any guidance once you begin your employment. I would not recommend this employer to anyone, specially if they are looking to grow professionally. The “commission” rate offered during the interview is never going to be the commission you get on your paycheck. If you bring this up to management/HR, aka the CEO, he will give you the run around and will provide a million and one excuses as to why the commission on your paycheck is not reflective of the sales you made.

Generous PTO and vacation time. Strong healthcare and dental coverage. 401(k) finally offered after years of employee requests. Work-life balance is generally respected. Supportive peers within the U.S. team.

Cons

Disconnected UK leadership lacks empathy or awareness of U.S. team morale. Below average salary and commission compensation compared to similar roles. No path for internal promotion despite years of proven performance. Fear of retaliation for voicing concerns; feedback is discouraged. Recognition is nonexistent—even top performers go unacknowledged. New leadership expected to fix everything with no internal support.
