    Pros

    good hike/increment . yearly appraisal.
    no partiality/politics in review.
    salary on time.

    Cons

    No flexible timing.
    Not Good Environment for growth.
    monotonous work.

    Pros

    Open minded, visionary, positive and supportive top management

    Cons

    Join netweb for no good reasons, only in this world if no other opportunity is left, then also I would suggest to wait.

    Netweb has ' few fat environment spoilers' whose main jobs are bossism and politics.
    Their entire day passes in creating negative environment by bullying and passing low level comments on employees and making fun of them. As they have not grown at all in terms of learning and improving with time, their main goal is to let only good or I would better say needy people to survive and best to leave the company.

    The second one is the '10 hrs per day' time system which is a big time failure. Now a days no IT company is having such a rigid rules where half day is getting applied every week even if only 5 min are less.

    The third, is 'sandwich leave', where is this coming from and where are they going with it is known to none.

    The fourth is, '1.5 year bond' to each and every individual irrespective of the experience and designation. And by imposing it they believe they have gained all the rights to misbehave and overload the person during the bond time.

    The fifth is, 'absence of effective training programs'. Once you have entered in the company, you would only get to learn the technologies which are used for the assigned projects. And you would not get any time to learn it yourself because of reason 4.

    The most important point is 'No work life balance'.
    They are shameless people who do not care about you and not at all about your family time.
    Have seen many lady employees suffer because of all above points and quitting the job for good mental and stable opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Netweb top management is good and can do more with growth and internal environment without these key bottlenecks.

    Nothing Nothing.problems and problems and problems.even now salary also offered by many top comany

    Every month 2 or 3 employee regined. No good project No quality works except some project No agile methodology . Some of manager or senior manager not are well educated they are just loyal long terms employee who are less technique.even not management quality that why all project suffers recently.if you know management then why your team setting in nights for many projects and working more than 16 hours.

    Advice to Management

    Change some senior manager replace with them from good educated instutute .working hours should less.0

    Pros

    If you are ready to work for 12+hr and under a management who don’t know what is planning then this the best place to work for you.

    Cons

    1. They believe in Client only (but they don’t know there are employee also)
    2. They hire you as Software Engineer and assign a work of "Support Engineer"(many project are support projects in this company).
    3. Top management is believe in favouritism.
    4. They have client who used to send the deadline with Project definition, and you have to do it - its doesn’t matter if you work for 12hr or more than that.
    5. 3 months of notice period (No buyout), remember no one will wait for you 3 month. In this case you have to resign before and then find the job.

    Keep doing this kind of work

    Pros

    Gives Opportunity to all Senior and New Employees. Gives level playing field. Transparent and Approachable Management. Excellent working environment.

    Cons

    Need more training and flexible hours. Long working hours. Demanding clients and tough to deliver and satisfy management expectations

    Have more technology trainings. Need flexible timings. Include new comers also in employee benefit program.

    Pros

    Hike is good if you have the right skills
    Communications skills training to the needful candidates

    Cons

    Long working hours. 48 hours weekly. Its really hectic.
    No variety of technology
    No experienced technology leads
    No onsite opportunities
    Not many new projects
    Limited tea
    Limited snacks available only between 7 to 7:30
    No work from home option :(
    Layoffs create no surprises
    Employee benefits practically unusable

    Advice to Management

    Try to build up an excellent technical team that can convert an idea in to a project rapidly.

    Inexperienced or incompetent people needs to work on new projects, they do the best they can, research on the technology they are unfamiliar with, and try to meet the deadlines by hook or by crook. Ultimately quality suffers.
