Pros

Staff easy to work with, everyone is generally pleasant.

Cons

Business seems very reluctant to invest in people - be it hiring, development or something as simple as a company Christmas party. Meanwhile year on year they boast about how well they're doing financially. Employees are continuously expected to do more with less.

Pros

The general staff are collaborative, friendly and professional. Everyone gets along as they want to do a good job and are happy to help each other.

Cons

As in most places, teams are overworked as it seems management prefer to staff on the very lean side. No benefits other than the stuff that does not really matter
