      Pros

      I enjoy working at Netier because they provide me opportunities to build my skills and the team are very lovely to work with. We collaborate as a team and bounce ideas off each other. My manager is also approachable, clear with expectations, and genuinely supportive. I always feel comfortable asking questions or bringing up ideas, and feedback is constructive rather than critical.

      Cons

      It can get very, very busy at times.

      Good team to work with, everyone happy to help. Get to work on big systems. Management consider my strengths, where I want to go and help me get there. Able to progress - I started as a support engineer and continue to learn new skills.

      Can be busy at times, but provides opportunity for growth.
