      Good for freshers. Being a fresher you can learn the things

      Cons

      Not much knowledge sharing. Once you struck (have some problem) in your task, no one there to help you. Not employee friendly. - HR and Finance are not available to employees hard to reach some times - Very low salary in current market conditions

      Good Learning very good project Technical growth for freshers knowledge in over all software development cycle

      Cons

      salary sometimes not regular no employee friendly hr and finance people are not less reachable management is not looking forward to grow.
