My experience was very disappointing. I was put in the shop at a time when the shop manager left a few days after i started. That left myself and another Service Writer as the only people serving customers directly. the shop only has 1 computer up front, so, that left me in the back shop with virtually no training on tekmetric, when i asked how to on their system i was basically told that he/she didnt have time for me and was essentially told to stay out of the office. I did get sent to another shop for 4 days training on tekmetric and was sent back to have a recently promoted manager there and I was still stuck in the back shop. after 5 weeks i was told that my sales numbers are too low and they have to let me go. I cannot understand how I could make sales when there was no room up front for me to perform at an acceptable level. Also, they are adding 40% on their labor rates for all jobs performed in the shop and some parts are marked up 250% for aftermarket parts. They say its for their 5 year 50,000 mile warranty on all services. In my opinion they are gouging their Customers.
