      Small private equity fund, with sub 25MM AUM. Runs very lean. Exposure to all segments of the business.

      Cons

      Company runs very lean, necessary to learn the jobs of completely unrelated positions just to get work done. Well below market rate compensation, with primary compensation difference leaning towards deferred. Growth within the company is extremely limited.
