Pros
Some projects are amazing and fulfilling. Co-Workes can be really supportive. Some really good initiatives.
Cons
Sometimes makes us feel unnoticed, like we are but we are irrelevant. They say we aren't, but they're cautious and proud of us. But there's a lack of effort recognition.

Not being unemployed and being able to work from home.
Cons
No empathy from management to people HR does not care for people either There is no proper training Everyone is overworked Always asking for more. They do not hold out meetings with the people that work for them They dont apreciate your work and do not praise, they only critisize People are seen as numbers
