    Pros

The pay! Starting pay is $15 an hour and you get paid bi-weekly.

    Cons

This job is not consistent. Each day depends on the number of checkouts. Some days you'll work 6 hrs+ or maybe 2 hours. You never know until you get there.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees' needs.

    Pros

AWFUL!!! Poor mngmt. Overworked, underpaid! Do not work for this establishment.Federal employee title is impressive but that's all. Non-appropriated funding. Means wages are very poor. 5 yrs. To reach top of pay scale.

    Cons

Everything about Nex com. Is terrible. Only good thing is off on weekends, which you will value if you work here. Overseas shipping supervisor is power hungry

    Pros

Good benefits. Good starting point. Opportunities to work overseas. Devoted employees even though compensation salary wise is not favorable. Job stability is excellent.

    Cons

Salaries are very low. Glass ceiling is evitable for minorities in certain positions. Most management positions are already reserved but are still advertised. Management makes this organization an unfavorable place to work

    Advice to Management

They need to evaluate salaries accross the board. Managers are horrible and need leadership and soft skill training. They need to be held more accountable for their unfair practices and a serious evaluation should be done on why NEXCOM is viewed as a bad place to work
