      Great interview process and exciting to be part of something primed to be big. Growing U.S. presence means lots of opportunity to cease a industry we created. International leadership understands the opportunity to trailblaze.

      Young company so some traditional structures aren't in place, but the willingness to create those processes makes it no issue.

      Be patient as things come together - this is a fast-paced time for the company and building the plane while in the air can be exciting and a bit scary...hold on, stay positive and be patient as things continue to ramp up.
