Recently, there have been mass layoffs, all because the employers are betting on AI technology. - The employees who were laid off did not receive the complete severance pay they were entitled to. - No career growth and low wages. - Management is incompetent; when they make mistakes, it's the employees who pay the price. Pretty ironic because one of the company's core values is “Extreme ownership,” but apparently, this only applies to the employees. - There is no transparency.
