Pros
Every year there's additional to your salary, with quarterly incentives to every employee and if you are working with a specific position you can earn a commission.
Cons
Monday to Saturday 8-5 work. Some employees are toxic, some are earning a bigger salary but doesn't contribute that much to the company, When it comes to salary it's kinda unfair because the COO, CFO doesnt evaluate who among its employees are really working very well, they are only relying to its position. and if you are working at sales department there are little to no chance you are gonna earn a higher position since it only has, one GM, GRM, GSM, several sales agents and the rest are sales administator.
