Good...but not great

Pros

Great work culture. Quality staff and incredible health and retirement benefits.

Cons

Over confident and under monitored leadership that has incredibly inaccurate perceptions of effectiveness. Much of the success is due to the popularity of Senior Pastor. Heavy favoritism to male employees and both promotion and pay scales show as such.

Pros

Family-like, benefit of the doubt work culture. Impressive on-boarding for new hires. Excellent health benefits.

Cons

Lack of diversity in hiring and in positions of authority. Lack of transparency in pay, career advancement, and inclusivity. Extremely non-competitive pay. Expectations well outside of job requirements.
