      Pros

      If you are interviewing for the ALC job, you need to be good a business relations. There is no sales involved anymore so that is THE best 'pro' for someone like me.

      Pay reduction from 2024 because of comp restructuring.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the entire industry. Management is very talented. They know what they are doing and, more importantly, they know how to lay out strategies. I have worked out some great companies but management was slow and inefficient. Northstar has an Ateam.

      Cons

      There was a shift from salaried to commission. It's great if you are selling because you actually make more, but hit some dry patches and you get hit big time.

      Pros

      This position is easy because the service is really good. There are not many complaints from clients or fires to put out.

      Cons

      It takes a bit of patience for deals to close since gyms often move slowly on decisions.
