Pros

• Some talented and dedicated people remain within the business. • Strong products and a passionate customer community.

Cons

• The company culture has deteriorated dramatically over the last year. • There is a significant gap between the culture leadership promotes externally and the reality experienced internally. • Despite frequent messaging around openness, inclusion, and transparency, the organisation has become increasingly hierarchical and elitist. • Decision-making is concentrated amongst a small group, with many employees feeling excluded from discussions and unable to challenge decisions or raise concerns openly. • Fear and politics have replaced collaboration. • Employee well-being appeared to be a low priority when it conflicted with business objectives. • Constant organisational change and leadership instability created confusion, uncertainty, and declining morale. • High performers were not always recognised fairly and overlooked for promotions internally, leading to disengagement and turnover. • Trust in leadership has been severely damaged.

Supportive colleagues, but high turnover and weak leadership

Pros

Colleagues are nice and supportive most time.

Cons

Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews on Glassdoor are broadly accurate. High turnover, and the organization often feels more focused on extracting people than developing and retaining talent. While some employees may have a better experience under supportive line managers, these are exceptions rather than the norm. The company appears eager to position itself as a global organization - meaning look less Chinese, (It's difficult to deny their Chinese roots if all co-founders are Chinese and massive presence in China.) yet the culture does not consistently promote diversity, inclusion, or merit-based advancement. Culture and employee well-being do not appear to be priorities for senior leadership. The CEO projects a positive and approachable image externally, but many employees' experiences do not align with that public perception. Employees who interact more closely with senior leadership may find the CEO's leadership style to be harsh, unsympathetic, and at times unnecessarily abrasive. Internally, leadership can feel disconnected from employee concerns, and there is limited accountability for addressing long-standing cultural issues. Some leaders are perceived as being more focused on managing perceptions and internal politics than fostering transparency and trust, creating an environment that many employees find difficult to navigate. Overall. if you can avoid Nothing, avoid
