Pros

- Great culture of people (mainly men) - Ability to move up ranks quickly and some earning potential

Cons

- terrible hours, looking at total hours being roughly 9 a day including drive back to the office after work. - if your not experienced its a big learning curve - money wie you'll realisticlly be looking at 700$ a week until they cap your base pay and you only make comission - continuing on money, most people cancel after you sell because they get other or better deals or have issues with Rogers so commission is low after you get paid 3 WEEKS LATER

great working environment and colleagues. Leaders care about you and everyone wants to see you succeed.

Cons

Only receive base pay of 2400$/month if you made at least 2400$ in commission, then all commission over 2400$ is yours (much harder than it seems if no experience). Work hours are 12-8 on weekdays and 12-5 on Saturdays, though with a commute back to the office after you're done the field sales, roughly a 50-hour workweek which equates to a base pay of 14$/hr.
