      Nothing positive No positivity No healthy Work culture No proper management No proper work timings

      Cons

      1. Worst management 2. They hire you for different position and asked you to work on different profile. 3. They never provide you salary mentioned in offer letter. 4. Upon asking for appraisal they said you are not good resource to company. 5. Each month you will receive different salary because they don't have fix structure. 6. Your suggestions never counted.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work at, Family culture rather than dry rule book bound culture You can expect great support from team and seniors , They teach you how important it is to pay attention to minutes, Excellent application of SDLC and you get opportunity to contribute to one of the worlds best software

      Cons

      There is no bench so you have hands full Rather than just solving problems, you have to focus on creating tools for customers US traveling is not as frequent as other countries travelling is
