Rewarding work with individuals who are struggling.
Cons
Unethical practices. Lack of transparency. Outright dishonesty. Corrupt corporate admin who came in and within 2 weeks, laid off everyone from the president down to the secretary. As soon as employees found out how corrupt their intentions were (and still are), they cleaned house.
