      Pros

      Simply the best company I have worked for. The culture is very family orientated with a very high employee retention rate of 12 years. I am very grateful to have been able to work for such a great company.

      I really can't think of any cons to joining this company.

      Pros

      Leadership, culture, long time in business. Nth takes care of its people and why employees choose to stay at the company long term.

      Cons

      There are really no downsides of working at Nth. People are treated like family and with respect. Management has an open door policy.
