We wholeheartedly agree that it is our people that make this a great place to work and without them we wouldn't be the success we are today. In terms of your advice to management, we are now Virgin Media O2 and to help provide the best service to our customers we need to highlight the different virgin media products we have as well as our joint propositions ie Volt.
