Pros

The company culture is relax but your personal growth is stagnant. Product solution is not that complex but people are friendly and willing to help. The company culture is still start-up type and most of the people are sitting there from ages >13 years. Technology used is core Java and no use of new age Spring and Struts frameworks.

Cons

The organizational layout is bit unstructured, more managers and less people to work on product. One can see wave of hatred appearing on managers faces, the moment you make a single mistake. No training is provided to new employee. work-life balance is OK but be ready to bombard with work as a naive. Single handed control structure is observed. Founders have already left and now company is in a bit loose track. Managers work from home and expect their employees presence at work. No incentives and encouragement to employees morale.
