Business Outlook
Pros
It's a small company, like less than 100 personnel but they give great compensation. With this company size, I talk and deal directly with the president and she is one of the best to deal with.
Cons
With all the great things about Orcas, sometimes we can't avoid having problems. They have to let me go after all the Houston projects ended and prospects were cancelled due to oil price going down this year. It's something they can't control though.
