Huge opportunities if you can get your foot in the door. Company really treats employees like family and seem to really care about us as well.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a start-up company, but the opportunities far out weigh any negative risk. Sometimes the management cares too much about their employees and their family allowing soem to get away with "murder".
