Company from a 2x people growth to 50-60, then all starting to resign until maybe 20-30 people, in the developer team maybe just below 3-5, all because of the unfair pay or weird management 6. old loyal employee salary are lower than new joiner, so you can try to join, increment is super low or dont have 7. Manager level like to kick ball for the task, act like know what to do but sadly, skill not found 8. As above points, there also have heavy politic behavior shown at management level
