      I think there is something fishy here...

      I got a weekly paycheck...

      Cons

      This is, hands-down, the crappiest vendor I have ever worked with. These people could not even access their own payroll records. They could not even spell proper English in their emails. I found them to be unresponsive, indecisive, and providing completely unreliable information, i.e., just plain wrong. I ended up getting a 3 day notice that my contract was ending. This, despite the fact that onsite HR verified that they had given these incompetents a 30 day heads-up.

      Pros

      Made things happen quickly, in terms of getting me to their client, which yielded an offer.

      Cons

      Recruiters and other representatives of ObjectWin has heavy accents, and are difficult to understand. As a result, I have asked them to communicate with me via email. When I asked questions about the legalities of the documents I was asked to sign, they didn't want to give me their responses in writing - only on the phone - until they realized that the documents I referred to were the client's documents and not their own. Then they agreed to go to the client for clarification on my behalf.

      Pros

      Its good for the people who are not finding jobs outside they can work here. Its completely consulting firm not a technology firm (but name says technologies). No Pros only, single star is also big for them.

      Cons

      Lots of Cons All the Managers and management have lot of negativity mind set on employees. Not at all a motivation for hard worker and only appreciation for Bucketing/buttering people. Management thinks that they can do anything they want to employees, if once any employee react bad against them then they will come to know what an common employees can do.
