The lab was growing when I left, so they now have a bigger facility.

It's challenging work; you are expected to follow proper procedures. Otherwise you waste money and the client samples and slow down the process. Some workers don't like to be accountable, they are bad eggs. Science is hard. If you want easy, work at the mall.
