      Novel blood test that helps neurologists objectively manage patients with MS.

      Cons

      New leadership puts their goal of receiving next level funding/revenue over patient care. Drove cost of the test up by 500% for MS patients that already had difficulty affording the test. Tarnished relationships with providers and their staff.

      Pros

      It's rare to see a company bring together such intellectual power across business, science, and medicine to tackle the challenges of a specific disease (multiple sclerosis). With inspiring leadership at the helm, and a talented and compassionate team forming around them, Octave is bound to go far.

      Cons

      The company is working on so many projects and growing so rapidly that it is easy to feel spread thin with unrealistic expectations. But so far, Octave continues to deliver on all its promises so be ready to drink from the firehose!

      Pros

      The culture at Octave is word class. You will not find better people, mission or drive all in one place. Everyone is supported and given resources they need. Your voice will be heard. Although we are working remotely, we have a great office that is accessible. We have a great kitchen with plenty of snacks and an amazing gym onsite.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con, but the hiring process is extensive. Trust me though, it's worth it. Octave takes their time finding true talent and good fit.
