Pros
-Headteacher is lovely and approachable, if you need to talk to him about any concerns, queries or anything, he is very understanding- in my opinion a one in a million boss! -Staff are very friendly towards each other (like a family) -Management team are open to new ideas and open for change and adaptation which is great
Cons
-funding is an issue (for most schools now)
