      Pros

      I have been so fortunate to work with amazing kids and coworkers. I get to be a tutor and mentor to these kids. I have learned new teaching techniques and how to work with all types of students. The work environment is warm and inviting. If you ever need help, you know you can always rely on your coworkers. I previously worked at tutoring job, but I learn something new everyday here and I am grateful for everything.

      Pros

      I have the privilege to work alongside amazing co-workers and students. Everyone was so collaborative and willing to help transition me in smoothly. Although I am a part-time employee, my hours have been increasing more and more. I love how I am challenged on a daily basis here with every opportunity to grow. I get to mentor, teach and have fun with students in all grade levels.

      Pros

      I get to work with amazing students and families, friendly employees, and I receive mentoring. All of the clinicians rely on one another and work together. There are many growth opportunities and different ways for me to become involved in the company. With an increase in students and different client cases, I am now full-time.

      Cons

      Summer hours are at times lower when students are on break
