      -competent team with skilled and trusthworthy leads -good communication across departments -monthly events for employees whitch are fun to attend -very friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      -as in many game stutios there are periods with a need for paid overtime (optional in my case)

      The company has a great working environment with a strong sense of unity within the team. I really enjoy the atmosphere here.It's not a huge game development team, so I can take on some important tasks.

      Currently, due to my relatively short time here, there are no obvious shortcomings to point out.

      -it's a small studio so career advancement is severely limited -for the same reason you won't learn as much as quickly as the team is not the most experienced one in the world
