      Pros

      A few reps make all of the money. They are the only ones that get decent leads. The tenured reps make very good money. There are occasional low quality inbound leads that make it to the newer reps.

      Cons

      Management is apathetic and refuses to change anything. New reps call old leads that are beat up. Low morals - they often tell prospects to drain retirement accounts to pay closing costs for a loan!
