Pros

Co-workers were great and tried to assist in the same struggles.

Cons

Management was poor. Direction changed monthly and the company seem to not be able to grasp that you need technicians to support the service you sell. Open door policy is touted at meetings but management was either not receptive or ignored issues for their own agenda. Rather than enjoying helping the clients it became an issue on how to quickly band-aid the problem and not dedicate time to a permanent solution leaving client aND staff frustrated.

For Techs... AVOID

Pros

Decent Pay and Great coworkers.

Cons

If you're looking at O2O for a job as a technician do yourself a favor and pass. Management has no respect for your personal life and expect you to answer on call at all hours of the night. There is 0 incentive to doing this. They may have an open door policy but while I worked there they never listened to the recommendations of their employees. They have their marketing, sales and HR team post reviews to increase their ratings so it doesn't look like a terrible place to work. Turnover rates for techs are way above the industry standard. When I started the most senior tech hadn't even been there for a year. It's crazy that companies still use their service as sales constantly overpromised solutions that were either impossible to do or would make the job 10x harder for the techs.

ONE 2 ONE values feedback and transparency. Our goal is to create a culture of open communication, collaboration and growth for our staff and clients alike. Because of this commitment, we encourage all employees to offer feedback, questions and concerns during regularly held staff meetings, manager 1on1s, and team meetings. We want to attract and retain top talent that embody professionalism and directly address any concerns they may have with our company operations, service delivery, or employee expectations. As ONE 2 ONE continues to grow, we know there may be growing pains and improvements to make. We need qualified and open feedback from employees to make positive change happen. Our management team and dedicated employees respectfully disagree with repeated negative comments and inaccurate claims, especially when this feedback has not been openly shared with company leadership or peers.

Pros

At first, the job looked promising. Your peers will be good to work with. However, no one really stays that long.

Cons

After a few weeks, you will see the reality of the job. The long hours, ridiculous expectations as you work on customer equipment so old and poorly configured it has no business being used at any place of business let being covered under a 24/7 service contract. The turnover here is incredible, It's like making employees miserable so they leave is part of the company's mission statement. After each mass exodus, and there have been several, management will ask current employees to submit some reviews on this site to counter any negative reviews left by the outgoing employees. A simple glance at the dates of the clusters of reviews and you will be able to tell when those exoduses have happened. Sad, really. Honestly, I'd rather have to explain a gap in my resume' than have to admit to ever working here.
