      Pros

      Great group of people. Wonderful altruistic atmosphere.

      Cons

      Got the run around from upper management. Some strange power struggles between departments. Company got sold desperately, and the buying company shut us down.

      Good ideas and innovation. Excellent learning environment.

      Cons

      Founding CEO was inexperienced and lacked operational insight and leadership skills. Bruce has the skills as the CEO replacement, but was brought in too late.
