The product solves a critical problem for technical teams, which makes every deal meaningful. The team is smart, collaborative, and supportive. Equity gives real upside if the company hits its growth targets. If you’re looking for a high-growth, high-responsibility role where your work truly impacts the company, OneSchema is a fantastic place to be.

      * Really smart people, I learned so much from the team / our advisors * Company has a really strong growth trajectory * Great culture, I built close relationships with my teammates who are now some of my closest friends * A+++ engineering talent. Truly a salesperson's dream to be able to sell such a great product

      * Talking about CSV imports all day can get a bit repetitive

      - Very strong trajectory for a small company without many employees. - Everyone is very good in their role. Lots of strong individuals across the organization. - The engineering challenges are very interesting. - People work hard, but also have fun at work. The lunch conversations are always interesting.

      Cons

      - This is not a place to be if you're looking for 40 hour weeks. - Like most startups there are some ups and downs, but it can be a bit too chaotic sometimes.
