Very egoistic managers especially the Ceo. He treats employees pathetically. Full of politics. Back-bitting, taunting, insulting and degrading employees is an everyday story. The culture is full of toxicity. This place will literally suck the life out of you.
No work-life balance.
Salaries are not market competitive.
False promises. Minor increments and no bonuses and same excuse that sales are down.
Its very normal for the CEO to taunt employees in the meetings.
Non technical micromanagers on top positions.
No relaxation throughout the year.
Belittling and pointing out mistakes of the employees in front of everyone is common. Too much politics by managers.
