I have been working at OneTouch Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay, benefits, flexibility, hours, competitions, atmosphere with others who work side by side with you

    Cons

Security of the job, no real involvement from the owners to supervisors, just take the word of managers. Managers sugar coat everything while the supervisors are pulling their hair out.

    Advice to Management

This job is great as long as you show up. The sales reps have the ability to make more then supervisors as long as they show up. Flexible schedule. The only con I can say is its almost impossible to have someone fired due to the terrible attendance policy. Can take off 1 day a week without getting in trouble? Then when you take 2 days off they get a write up and as long as they show up for the next two weeks, the write up goes away? Any other job, call center or not, you would be canned. Policies change like crazy and they need consistency. Need to actually pay out their competitions and on time. Too many times reps get frustrated with management's lack of caring. Many supervisors shouldn't even be there and have no experience and have lied on their applications to get the job. They need to do actual background checks. No 21 year old should even be a manager in that type of setting. You don't have enough experience to handle that many people. Owners are caring and love the company, just wish they were more involved with the supervisors and not just management who lie. Supervisors are the heart of your company. Take their word over managers who sugar coat everything.

I worked at OneTouch Direct full-time

    Pros

Flexible with schedule changes. If you are good at what you do - commission can be a whole additional check on top of your regular pay.

    Cons

Seem to hire a lot of people who are just there for a check. A lot of fooling around and at times hard to get a hold of a floor support to help with questions

I worked at OneTouch Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training was very good but not enough. The hiring process is easy and fast. You get your ID right away.

    Cons

If you hire make sure that person is qualified and can handle the job and the pressure. The micro managing part is a bad one. The hourly pay and the commission oh boy what a mess. You have to chase your earnings and keep track of it every single day. The computers and phones are ready to be renewed to keep up with technology.

    Advice to Management

Your job is to help normal people to do the job of superior people and therefore have excellent results. If you pay 10 an hour you get what you pay for and if you have team lead and managers everywhere to make sure these 10 $ are good invested you are wasting money. Would I work there again? I think so yes because I see potential and I respected upper management.

    Pros

OTD is a locally owned business, a full service marketing and call center solutions company. Over the last several months there is a renewed sense of focus around the employees and customer experience. This focus seems to be embraced at every level within the company. Everyone seems more engaged in making our business a much more positive experience.

    Cons

Change is slow, change is difficult on some, change causes anxiety in some....

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward, there is a renewed sense of positivity amongst most.
