      Opportunity to work with bright people on a mission that's truly changing the world. Good work life balance, exciting things to work on, good work culture and ethics. If you can't get excited about what's happening at OneWeb you may need a pulse check.

      This is my first startup. It took a little bit of time to get used to not having every resource available immediately.

      Pros

      Cutting edge satellite and ground system technology development and integration. Global deployment and operations – travel to interesting locations and working with different people. Challenging and fast pace program.

      Cons

      Chairman and Founder has rapidly changing strategies as he chases potential revenue which creates significant program confusion and inefficiencies. Executives recruited from different industries with zero satellite experience resulting in significant alignment and cultural conflicts. Internal politics are more prevalent than most companies.
