Never join this company. A Family based company where those people's have a worst rules in the world for other employees there. Cameras has been fixed in each and every floor starting from entrance till pantry and inside workplace where the MD of the company keep observing all the employees through that from his cabin. None of the colleagues should not talk to each other during work hours, no roaming around, need to sit in a place, or everything will be questioned and micro managed. You are not supposed to go out of office or either to pantry from the time you enter the premises even to eat, except at lunch hours (half an hour). Instead you should die out of hunger. In case if you do so you will be fired immediately. They say they have employees working with them from very long period, but those are the ones will be MD relatives or those employees who lick the foots and do politics and nothing else.
