Excellent pay and benefits, highly competitive. Fully flexible work from home or London office Autonomy and flexibility in the role Majority hardworking and collaborative people, who are very resilient to the constant change Many people working hard to make the company a better place to be Good CEO
Cons
Some processes are inflexible and to complex for a small company. If you aren't used to change and ambiguity this isn't the place for you - there have been some redundancies as the company evolved which can be challenging for all involved There are a few people here who will complain and be negative no matter what.
